Wine and Olive Oil
The Tenuta SIMA philosophy
At Tenuta SIMA, we are dedicated to producing wines that reflect the authenticity of our land and our passion for artisanal viticulture. In 2022, when we purchased the company, we began working with the existing vineyards and grapes. In 2023, we were able to fully manage the vineyards and harvest, adopting biodynamic methods. Despite a difficult year, we managed to obtain healthy grapes and understand the unique characteristics of this terroir.
Our wines are very different from others in the area. They are natural wines, evoking authentic, delicious, and beautiful experiences. Today, simplicity and beauty without artifice are rare, because they require love and time, which are synonymous with authenticity. As difficult as it is to keep things simple, we strive to achieve this goal every day.
Come visit our farm to discover the passion, tradition, and innovation we put into every bottle. Let yourself be captivated by our unique wines, which tell the story and soul of our land.
